WLAN adapter (laptop) is deactivated automatically?

I currently have the following problem with my laptop:

After a while, while working on the laptop, the WLAN simply deactivates itself. When I try to reactivate the adapter, it does not work. After a restart, the problem is gone, but comes back a little later. In addition, however, that the laptop can't shut down as soon as the WLAN was automatically deactivated. It is then every time created such a "crash log" and the message "there's an error" appears after about 3 minutes in which he tries to shut down.

I have already reinstalled the wireless driver. Did not bring anything. So I reinstalled Windows completely again. That did not help. And last I reset the entire laptop and formatted. 2 hours he worked perfectly and then the message came again.

Does anyone know what this error is? Or what else can you do there?
to the laptop: an ASUS laptop with Windows 10. Owned since August 2017.

Theoretically, there may be a hardware defect.

Normally reinstalling the operating system and installing the current driver (download from the laptop manufacturer side) should fix the error. You can save the reset.

I would download now the current driver. Then reinstall Windows on the laptop. Since take the current version and download the ISO from Microsoft down. Then install the driver again.

Does it always work there ncoh I do not suspect a defect in the hardware. Uninstall then the driver and get you a Wi-Fi stick for USB.

That's for cheap money for just under 20 euro.

Just times from the whole network log off then CCleaner and Defender run my recommendation then as an anti-virus program "Kaspersky" but if you want to have something free also "Avast" or other types of virus protection programs. If it still can't check then WLAN router for viruses.

Best then simply plug in via LAN cable then the problem should be (if it is not in the router) also be resolved.

Mfg Nico I ask for positive / negative feedback.

What I think of besides the other suggestions here:

Device Manager and the Network Adapters category. Right click on the wireless adapter and select Properties. In the Power Management tab, the check mark on Computer should turn off the device to save power.

Have I already tried, because my laptop does not synonymous with. When I open the properties it just shows me an empty field. (regardless of whether I choose the network adapter or something else)

That is really strange… I would buy a WLAN stick. If you still have warranty you can send the synonymous, sounds like a defective network card.
