HP laptop hangs and the fan jumps for no reason, why?

Hi, I have a laptop from HP, which gets very loud and extremely slow after I turn it on, even though I just want to Google something. (So no big programs were running)

The fan usually starts immediately or after 5min, although the laptop is not a bit hot. I've already opened it and looked for dust, but it's completely clean inside. The warranty has already expired. (Strangely started 1 month after the warranty expires, too bad)

This is the exact model: HP Notebook - 17-x008ng (ENERGY STAR)
The laptop worked really well at first and was quick. Does jmd know what i can do? Install new fan? And if so which exactly? It's a shame, because it was really expensive for me and I have not got that long yet.

Check temperatures. A fan does not start without a reason.

Where / how can I do that?

There are programs, google times for temperature monitoring.
