Lenovo Ideapad 100 does not recognize new monitor?

Good evening I have the following problem.

I'm currently using an AOC 2790POU monitor, which is recognized directly by my Lenovo Ideapad 100 work notebook without any problems.

Graphics Intel HD and i3 5000 series with 4GB

Now I wanted to exchange the monitor for one:

ASUS TUF Gaming VG27WQ and against a https://smile.amazon.de/gp/product/B082VTRPKJ/

Both monitors recognize the input signal and sound. The screen, however, remains dark. A picture is only shown when I lift the lid of the notebook.

Only then do both monitors show a complete picture. The desktop is also shot so that I have to rearrange it every time. I can then work normally as if nothing had ever happened. However, if I restart the PC or start new, the same problem occurs again. My normal PC recognizes the monitor immediately, HDMI cables were also exchanged and excluded as a source of error.

I had an MSI OPTIX G27CQ4 27 as a test

by a colleague on site who was recognized by the notebook without any problems.

I've updated the drivers. The monitor is also recognized as mirroring the monitor under Hardware.

I have no idea why this problem occurs and I'm hoping for a little help with questions. Questions: -D

So you could possibly solve the problem with the black screen by setting it to only the 2nd screen on the notebook, but unfortunately I can't help you with the other problems

I tried that unfortunately this is not taken over by Windows or after restarting the same problem again but thanks.

Try right-clicking on the Windows button then energy options then on the right side additional energy settings and look what is set under the item what should happen when closing the computer (should stand on nothing) but is normally on energy saving

Thanks for the tip I used the PC with a different monitor before and already made these settings and checked them unfortunately everything is correct here, but thanks for your effort. The problem still exists. I have already thought about whether it could be due to the HZ number in connection with the resolution, whereby I switch to the monitor via HDMI and DP. DP for my main computer and HDMI on the notebook.
