I'm interested in a laptop (link at the bottom) which I think is very good. However, I'm not sure about the "Intel UHD Graphics 620" graphics card. I want to do normal things with it and I also have to be able to use a CAD program so that the minimum requirements for the program are also below.
Does this work with the program?
Link for the laptop:
Yes, the UHD is definitely OpenGL capable. It's already my HD 3000.
I also have the UHD 620. OpenGL 4.5 has that.
The Intel UHD graphics is the integrated graphics unit of the i7-10510U CPU.
It will work with your CAD program, but it is rather stressful to work with compared to a decent workstation.
To your question: Your program will run with it.
But it will take a long time to render.
Here is a counter example:

A dedicated GTX 1660 Ti has a much higher performance in rendering for CAD or gaming than the Intel onboard graphics. It costs exactly as much as your Asus Zenbook, only a little less storage space, the Zenbook.
The Zenbook has an Intel i7 processor with 4 cores and 8 threads. Clock: 1.8 GHz. The HP Pvailion has a Ryzen 7 processor with 8 cores and 16 threads. Clock: 2.9 GHz.
This should only be an orientation for you. The pavilion is unfortunately no longer available. Just look for a notebook with a Ryzen 7 CPU, 16 GB RAM and a dedicated graphics card, e.g. GTX 1650, GTX 1660 etc. Or an integrated AMD Vega unit.
The notebooks should hardly cost more than the Zenbook. The Zenbook is just a brand like an Apple MacBook. In terms of performance, the pavilion is a lot superior.
By the way: I found something interesting here.

Yes - the graphics card (here rather a graphics unit) meets the requirements of the program.
