My question would be what could be the problem with my second monitor not being recognized. My main monitor is connected to a Displayport cable, this is recognized. However, my 2nd monitor which is connected with HDMI is not recognized.
I've already tried the following:
(Windows and drivers are also up to date) - New graphics card driver installed - Cable changed - Monitor connected to laptop, where it is recognized - other connection tried (not HDMI but DVI)
PC components:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Vishera 32nm Technology
GPU: Amd radeon r9 290x
RAM: 32GB
Mainboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z (Socket 942)
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Monitor: 2x PHILIPS monitor 272E2FA
