Which of the two laptops is better (picture + speed)

The one with graphics card UHD 620 has the screen resolution 1,920 x 1,080 pixels,

the other with the graphics card GeForce Mx110 has 1,600 x 900 pixels

What is more important now the resolution or the graphics card 😂 and which is faster

512 GB mSSD or

256 GB SSD + 1 TB
