Which cpu can I buy (i5 7200u on i7 8550k)?

I have an Asus R558U laptop with an Intel Core i5 7200u and would like to upgrade to i7 8550k.

My question is therefore:

Can I buy this or not? He should be able to stream while I play and without laags!

Ps graphics card has nothing to do there.

In a laptop, the cpu is soldered, means you can't change anything

All processors with "U" at the end are soldered on motherboard, can't swap.
