To upgrade i5 7200u?

I have a question I have a laptop from medion with an i5 7200u @ 2.50 GHz which I would like to upgrade and then I ask myself whether I can also take a notebook processor from amd and which one would you recommend in a price of max. 250 euro it would also go intel but I don't know my way around and I didn't find anything in my research. Can someone help me?

How do you want to do that in a notebook? You can of course try to find the exact same motherboard with a better CPU. But that will be difficult or cost more than a new laptop. Because the CPU is FIXED on the mainboard, there's nothing to "clap" with. It is soldered on!
