I want to start making music with fl Studios. Is an Apple laptop better or Windows? And why?
Windows, the plugins are easier to install and the shortcuts are easier to learn
Apple
I join with. But if it really… Nja FL is my favorite, even if the new CEO had messed it up.
I swear by version 9 and current plugins. It is a real "studio" and indeed "easier" to operate under windows.
Why?
Ok thank you 👍🏽
Because it is better
What kind of music direction do you want to make?
I want to learn mix and mastering with hiphop beats and maybe also produce my own beats
Very good

can you master a hiphop out there? This is free
And again what I had criticized under another question. Please stop replying to things you have no idea about.
Windows is a lot beginner friendly, but Apple is more professional.
OK thanks
Stop spamming me full
I don't spam you fully. I'm just correcting your ignorance of technology.
Stop your anti-Apple propaganda
I think it is difficult to answer as both have their advantages and disadvantages.
I myself have played a lot with Fl Studio / Ableton, but so far only on Windows.
I would recommend Windows for these reasons
You have a lot of free VST instruments, plugins and software
Windows laptops are much easier to upgrade (so if you want to install an SSD with more memory, for example)
The price-performance ratio for Windows laptops is usually better
On the other hand, I also understand why many use MAC because:
Apple laptops have their own programs which Windows does not have and which are even great, many famous artists also use programs such as Logic Pro etc. (e.g. The music producer by Billie Eilish, Finneas also the brother)
Apple laptops are much more protected when it comes to viruses
Nicer design / easier for beginners (at least I think so)
As I said, both have their advantages and disadvantages, but I prefer Windows because I have been using Windows since childhood and I'm therefore used to Windows.
But remember Macbooks are very expensive so you have to decide if you are willing to spend so much money
Why are the shortcuts easier to learn? They are shortcuts and you have to remember them all, so should they all be equally difficult?
Apple is just better
And there it is again… I'm not going to resent you because you are probably younger, but unfortunately that is fact resistance.
Because Apple is not "just better". Apple are normal devices. Not better or worse.
Every 1500 euro Windows notebook with the latest Ryzen is faster than any Macbook for 4500 euro
I think Apple is better, the questioner asked for the opinion, I answered with my opinion. Where is your problem?
Quote of the questioner: "And why?" - You can't answer this question. And that's the problem. The main thing is to shout out his opinion.
Yes, the price is a big difference. And since I have never had anything to do with fl studios or to produce music at all and will teach myself all of this, I want to be more careful and not overly motivated, thank you for your answer
So I started with the free GarageBand program, so I would recommend Apple.
If you have fun then you can switch to Logic. However, that would cost 229 euro
And you can also make great music with GarageBand.
For example, my beat "Mandalay Bay" was created entirely with GarageBand (at that time with the MacAir)
