Do you have to have the programs for the graphics tablet already installed on the PC?

So I want to get the graphics tablet Star G640S of XPPen but I have no programs such as Photoshop, Paint Pro, CorelDraw or such editing or drawing programs on the laptop. Do I have to buy and download such programs then or are the installation of the driver / software of the graphics tablet included so I could draw without programs? I do not know xD
