Windows upgrade error?

Good morning I'm trying to "upgrade" my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but it does not work. There's a permanent image and it has been like this for 23 hours

Upgrading from Windows 7 to 10 is not recommended. It is much better that you simply install a new W10.

I also upgraded from Win7 to Win10.

For me it took 3 days when it was finally done.

Format the hard drive and install win10 fresh over it, or do it with the creation tool.

Yes, this upgrade has never been flawless. Better to flatten everything and reinstall it. Then old remnants of the previous system do not fly around everywhere.
