How do I get the desired number of hertz on my monitor?

I bought an AOC CQ32G1 32 a while ago and it should be 144 Hz. I have a laptop with a rtx 2060. I have already asked other Phoren and I was told that I needed a Displayport cable which I should plug into the graphics card, but my laptop only has Hdmi input, my question would be in this case whether that could work with an adapter or whether something else might help.

No, adapter does not work. If you don't have a USB-C Docker that explicitly supports this, then you're out of luck.

Had the same problem. There are adapters, but unfortunately they don't improve anything in the end.

Do you know which version of your HDMI cable, laptop connection and monitor is? Maybe something can be done there, but don't think so.

Gh

USB Type C transmits 144Hz? Since when that

I have a USB-c input just don't know how to determine if it's there for that, maybe you know that and thank you for the answer

Thanks for the answer. If nothing really works, maybe you could give me tips for the next monitor purchase that will bring something to my laptop

Gl

If you don't have one, then you don't have it…

Google USB-C…

And please: these are all outputs…
