In eBay classifieds someone is selling a laptop and the description says

RAM size

8 GB

And that's not in the picture

My question: is that 8 GB of RAM or not

RAM: DDR3 4Gb that means that the RAM is slow and only 4 GB of RAM

This is what was originally in the laptop. So 4GB. However, it is possible that additional RAM has been added

This can only be seen by looking in the task manager or bios or opening the laptop.
