Samsung laptop no access to BIOS etc possible?

Recently got my old laptop out of the closet. Now the problem with booting, the message "all Boot Options are tired press F4 …"

What have I already tried:

-New SSD from my main computer in with (so the hard drive works guaranteed)

- Tried to access BIOS is unfortunately not possible because the first screen that appears is the one mentioned above, no Samsung screen or loading screen, no directly the one mentioned above.

- I still tried F1-F12, ESC and DEL individually at the start, hold down and press repeatedly, result: still the screen mentioned above.

I would be happy about proposed solutions or about the naming of possible defective parts, thank you in advance (;

Is the CMOS battery still OK?

How the BIOS can be opened can be found in the laptop's user manual with some certainty.
