No more sound on laptop, and because of drivers?

I updated my drivers a few days ago and after restarting I suddenly had no sound!

I used the old version for all sound drivers again, but it didn't work, after that I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, but that didn't work either.

Now I have completely reset my PC and it did not help, now I ask the people who answer me for help.
