MS Office how has it changed over the years with use?

Plan to buy a new laptop. It should have Windows 10 and also original MS Office.

Now I've checked that there's Office 365 with an annual subscription, which I find quite expensive at ~ 60 euro a year for my monthly use of ~ 2 hours. In addition, I'm not a subscription type, I don't have Netflix, Spotify, Prime etc.

I once entered Office on Google and then found something like this on ebay:

What's that all about? Should go exactly like that. Or what's the catch?
