How do I add these stripes / dashes to the CV (image)?

I think that resumes with this line (picture) look clearer…
How do I put this into my CV? I have MS Word on my laptop.

Simply press 2 dashes and enter.

Insert and objects or other and then mouse the stroke moves. Alternatively, insert a corresponding graphic.
