Is it allowed to give the punishment for pupils - to help the caretaker during the week?

My son is in 6th grade and is going to emergency care during the Corona closure. A laptop is made available for distance learning and it is compulsory to attend the online lessons and to work on various tasks. My son got the sentence for his relationship - he had to help the caretaker in the third block (after compulsory lessons). Today he told me that after the first block at 9:30 a.m. He was picked up every day (or almost every day) to help out and had no break (30min breakfast). He was only allowed to go back to study at noon, when the entire second block was over. He was still trying to work on the tasks during the lunch break… Is that correct? Can I complain to someone (except for school, of course)? In addition, the caretaker physically intervened (I saw the bruises on his legs). The child complained about caretaker at school, but he was not taken seriously.

Ha

Just admit that this is yourself and that you are only 11 or 12 years old and in 6th grade.

And yes, it all sounds perfectly fine.

I have strong doubts about the story… And why haven't you tried to talk to the caretaker or the school yet?

Seriously. If my child came home with bruises caused by the staff, I would be on the mat with the principal 5 minutes later

Who does not want to hear… Just get a penalty… The school obviously has to catch up on the education that was forgotten at home…

Incidentally, I don't think so about the attack…

Somehow I'm not buying the story from you.

As if a janitor just started beating. Rather, he delivers the child to the staff room and has it picked up.

In addition, the caretaker physically intervened the child (I saw the bruises on his legs)

Criminal charges should be filed with the police here.
