I have the problem that when I connect my JBL bluetooth music box to my laptop, the quality of the sound is extremely bad. If I connect the music box with my mobile phone everything is fine. Does anyone know what it is?
The player in the phone is better.

Presumably, the sound card will be controlled by your laptop and they are usually very bad.

The player is not, but rather on the sound chip which is better in most phones than in laptops.
