Problems Internet?

Hi, I've been in a boarding school for a week. There's Internet, but the problem is that I can't log in there (with my laptop).

Every time I try to log in there's constantly "Login Failed".

I've already asked for it, it should be on the laptop. However, I do not know how to fix it.
