Can one discontinue aborted technician training?

If you attended the technical college for 4 months, can you drop them off?

and what about the whole kram what you've grown up like books and laptop…

You can write training costs in the tax return - but there you should rather stare at the flat rate, copying is the laptop a little harder ;-)
