I have a laptop and would like to build my own PC. Once I've assembled it, I need to install Windows 10. How do I have to do it exactly?
I would still like to use the laptop. Simply transfer the games from the laptop to the new PC, otherwise leave the laptop as it is.

You buy a Windows license, load the installation from the Microsoft side onto a bootable USB stick and install the Windows on the new computer from there.
Download current .iso from Windows 10 (1909)
put on a USB stick (e.g. With Rufus)
install it on the PC
Of course you also need a key.

In many cases, this is not possible because games not only transfer the files to the PC, but also write registry entries. You would not have this on a new PC, so there's a chance that the game will simply not start.

You can have as many Windows 10 as you want. You just need a separate key for each. I have e.g. Three.
