How to disable Intel Power Throttling?

I asked a question yesterday what you can do in the notebook against too high temperatures, then I set the Turbo TDP of my i5-8300H (Windows 10) to 50 watts, now I have around 70 gard but then this power limit always comes.

I would like to deactivate this but don't know how

Question 1: How can you deactivate it?

Question 2: Do you think it's a good idea?

Question 3: Does this invalidate the guarantee?
