Laptop with 1080p webcam (or better)?

I'm urgently looking for a new laptop that I can use for online training. I've already had some 2000 Euro laptops here where the webcam quality is poor. 720p.

I need at least 1080p (Full HD) resolution. Unfortunately I can't find a search engine that allows me to filter by webcam quality.

Does somebody has any idea?

Just buy a 50 euro webcam. E.g. The Lenovo 500 and a small clip-on microphone.

I find it exhausting to lug around additional hardware. That's not what a laptop is for.
