UEFI password reset?

I have a notebook that I do not know the UEFI password, unfortunately it has no CMOS battery and I do not know exactly how I can now enter the UEFI. It is a Xiaomi mi Air 12. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? I would be very helpful to you, the problem I have is that the CPU is always clocked at 800MHz.
