Notebook testing to sell it on EBay?

I got an old notebook from my grandfather. I've looked at new hard drive in and now I want to sell it on EBay. Do you think I have to do a test before that if everything works and if so you know one?

Na sells better if you can confirm the full function.

Full functional test is recommended.

Or would you buy a notebook where the seller can't tell you if it has full function?

I do not know, except OS Aufspielen and then let go through with eg. Dr. Hardware tool
