Razer nari Ultimate USB missing?

Unfortunately I lost the USB stick for the PC with which I connect the headset.

Can you buy the part somewhere or does it work with a universal Bluetooth stick? Strangely, my laptop has Bluetooth and still can't connect (but is found)

It won't work like this. The headset will need a corresponding Razer dongle.
