Razer Nari microphone is not working?

I ordered a Razer Nari and when it arrived everything worked fine, I downloaded the driver everything wonderful.

But if I start my laptop now the device will be recognized but I can't, I'm not worried or anything

It must be connected to USB because synapse recognizes only usb devices

But. Synapse software can only detect devices when they are connected via USB.

My Nari Ultimate works without a USB connection.
