I'd like to start making music to see if it suits me and all that. I just know zero, have never made beats, or recorded samples.
Can anyone make a free program for beats and recommend a free program with which you disable the voice (aututune)?
Have only my laptop and a micro, if that's important.

Just leave it with the Auutotune. Otherwise Fl Studio trial. If you have money then you can take the full version or Abelton, Cubase
FL Studio 20 trial version (demo) You can't save your projects there, but otherwise you have everything you need in the full version. Autotune is a plugin for yourself, which also costs (about 95 euro).
But generally, I would omit autotune at the beginning, even if you can handle the voice very differently.
If you still want to save your projects, then you can try free programs like LMMS.
