A windows 10 update is 100% but nothing happens.

I have already restarted the laptop.

Tip:

There are updates that don't go above 100% when they notice that you are watching them

Just ignore it and continue working with the notebook

Like a car or anything else that has problems.
At the latest when someone else (e.g. A technician) is watching you, everything suddenly works again.
