Laptop blocks often - what to do?

Hi have a Trekstor laptop with touch and am very satisfied. But if I let him stand open for too long and do nothing, he does not do anything at all! Even if I shut it down, it stays on and it takes a long time for it to turn on again. He just stays in exactly what I did last and if I go away for 5-10 minutes, he stays the same. Does anyone have an idea what it could be?
