Hp laptop stays on Windows will be started What is going on Save data?

I have an HP laptop Windows 7 but it does not work anymore it is so when I start it always comes as it crashed the page if you want to start it normally or with troubleshooting if I start normally clicks Windows is then quite normal Started and the icon but then comes a short blue screen and then he goes back to the page if you want to start normally or troubleshooting.

Now when I go to troubleshooting it is so that forever nothing comes and then it comes that he fixes the problems and it can take longer but let him run all night and he was unchanged and still looking for problems.

What could be that problem? I'll probably say goodbye to the laptop and get me a new one.

But I need my data urgently how do I secure that?

Simply use a Linux Live System, with which you can then pull your data to an external hard drive (gives massive instructions, googling if necessary)
