Hi, I've been playing Sims again for a couple of days. Yesterday, everything went smoothly and I could play awesome (on a laptop) just when I was playing Sims today, there was a booth picture and I could not do anything. I waited and then turned off my laptop. Then I turned it on again and tried to start Sims, but whenever I want to start it comes the ladescreen and then it crashes jerky and I'm back on the desktop. I have tried so much but nothing works can someone help me?
If you use CC turn it off.
if the net helps install everything new, so does the Origin.
What is cc? And if I reinstall my Origin but I lose all the game data from Sims or? I'm making so much progress.
