So "the BIOS" you will find as with other PCs: one of the F-keys (depends on your device, which spam) when booting.
There are such programs for, I recommend https://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/.
Either at boot time go into the BIOS by pressing ESC or one of the F-keys at startup (mostly there).
Or you go to the Task Manager, there I think so synonymous… Can be that I waa my other and I'm just wrong.

You should do that at boot time (before Windows loads).
It is not the F key. It's one of the F1-12 buttons. That's just on your laptop.
But I think the BIOS does not help you here. Just use CoreTemp.
