I have a huge problem which is really annoying with slow. I have a "new" laptop (yes, not a pc which is really stupid because you should actually play it on the pc).
I got it from Italy (just don't ask why), it is very, very slow and hangs often and whenever I wanted to play the Sims 4, there was such a white screen at the beginning and I had to wait thousands of years for it to go away.
Today I tried to fix the game, but every time with the same pack it crashes and origin closes. Then I have to download all of them again and that went on for 5 hours.
Do you know how I can fix this?
Sorry, I probably can't really help you. My guess is that your "new laptop" doesn't meet the Sims 4 requirements. And in general, your laptop doesn't seem to be working properly. I've never encountered a problem like yours.
