One person once told me that if I was going to be ultra bad, it would be good for me to buy something for myself, which would make me happy, because then I would not find myself "unnecessary".
I'm currently in a phase where I'm extremely sick and often have the need to buy my own laptop. Then I tell myself again that I did not deserve this. Whatever… I have that urge in me that I'm not worth buying anything…
Do you know that?
Do you think that helps?
This is perfectly normal, because you try to somehow enjoy drainage. This is the case with many people. For such reasons, many people also buy a cat or a dog.
but it's okey, everyone deserves something, if you can afford the laptop then you have every right to buy it yourself. Now that Christmas is over, it would be a nice gift to yourself.
That's so. This will also satisfy your "solar plexus". Live always with the certainty & handle carefully not the material makes you happy…
It is a short-term help, but not a long-term solution. You can, if you have the money, buy some things for you that pull you up a little bit - but then you should not rest on the fact that "everything is alright" now, otherwise it will quickly go downhill again. You do not increase your self-esteem through consumption, but through exercise - active, not passive. Maybe you buy a good book on the subject? Or, if you want the laptop, an online course that you regularly edit on the laptop?
