Google times for "system requirements GTA 5".
i7 - 4th generation of 2014 should be enough, the game is a bit older…

GTA 5 on lowest settings tend to be less so except Terraria or something

The laptop is sufficient for GTA V. Other current titles, if they run at all, will only run at low settings at 720p.
