Black screen when starting Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 on Surface Pro?

Would like to play Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 on my Surface Pro 5 with m3 processor. Unfortunately, the start ends with a black screen. Another notebook with Windows 10 has no problems with the game. Does anyone have any idea how it can work?

Maybe the Surface is not performing well enough or it is overheating… The m3 is very slow.
