Tips for a new laptop?

I'll soon start my apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development. However, I need a new laptop, since mine unfortunately broke and is no longer repairable.

I wanted to ask you now if you have tips on what the laptop should have everything best, because I'll use it at the same time for studying and if you know good laptops

Just look for a new operating system (for example, Windows 10 Home / Pro 64Bit) and a slightly newer processor (for example, the 7th generation), at least a GTX 960 and 8-16GB RAM (if multiple programs are used at once). And of course a sufficiently large SSD🙂
