Connect notebook via bluetooth with other device?

I have Windows 8 on a Medion Alkoya notebook with touchscreen, which should actually have bluetooth Now I try in vain to connect to a so-called Boombox karaoke function, which I just bought at net. The smartphone works wonderfully and our two girls are thrilled. On my notebook I can't find the bluetooth settings.

Can someone please write me a short story, as I think so. So exactly step by step for an old man.
