Fps drops in league of legends with a nail-biting new laptop?

I ordered a new laprop that was set up and yesterday I used it for the first time… Blade and soul (needs a lot of power) is a fps of 30 standard and if it has to play a lot, the short time goes down… League (needs so well like no performance) fps from 30 to 1 to very low performance… The cpu never climbs into the ceiling. What could it be…

If you have 30 fps in both games, as I have understood, it could be that you have a fps limit somewhere or you have a laptop with which you can set the mode for example ECO (energy saving mode), normal mode, sport mode and Turbo mode. You should always have the charging cable connected to laptops

I can switch the graphics card over to gaming, but that hasn't helped me so far
