Is my laptop being reset?

I made an update on my laptop which took 4 hours for 25% strangely white. Unfortunately, my ox went out during the update because it was not connected to the battery. When I turned it on, it was shown in the picture. It's been there for about an hour and I'm slowly panicking! What should I do?
