Does a laptop bring something for students?

Although I already have a PC, I still wanted to ask if a laptop would bring me something, or if I just let it stand around

PS: Just need it for surfing, programming, office, streaming movies is just a 300 euro Chromebook

So if you have a PC and mainly work there I see absolutely no reason why you still need a laptop. First of all, I see no reason for a Billiglaptop.
