Pause picture of the laptop?

I would like to pause a picture of my laptop screen.

Unfortunately I can't print the picture because we have no color for it.

What's the best way to do this? (the screen wobbles

In any case, carefully with a pencil. The greater the pressure, the greater the chance of damage to the monitor / screen.

Let it stay nice otherwise the non-existent color in the printer is your least problem. Under Windows there's the Snipping Tool, so you can easily "cut out" areas of the screen, save it as an image and then print it out later. Or e.g. Put it on a USB stick and use it to tiger to someone who prints it out for you.

Unfortunately we only buy ink for the printer when it is on offer, otherwise it is too expensive

Think about buying foreign ink. They are often available in packs of 20 for 15 euro or so. Usually on Ebay.

I've never done this before, but I have the following suggestion:

If you can lay the screen of the laptop flat on the table, you could use the screen - lying on the frame - a glass plate e.g. Put on from a picture frame. You can place a tracing paper on top of it and pause it relatively well.

I would not recommend it without such a security measure, as the screen may be damaged.

You have a picture frame at home that you can remove and temporarily use the window. Pay attention to the glass edges, they are sometimes sharp.

Interesting idea, but then the glass would have to rest on the edge of the display.

Butter paper or other thin paper and a soft pencil. Then that shouldn't be a problem.

If the part can't be opened up to the horizontal position the table against the wall so that the lower part with the keyboard lies against the wall.

That's right - that's what I meant by "lying on the frame". LG Jo

Increase the brightness of the screen, then attach a thin sheet of paper as far as possible with Tesa to the edge of the screen (should be peeled off again) and then very carefully! Trace. Under no circumstances press too hard.

Alternatively, always hold the sheet with one hand and pause in steps.

Ideally with a soft, smooth-running pen.
