How can I improve / better adjust the microphone of my headset?

This is the USB headset (I think "Mauro" means that) by Trust. I connected it to my PS3 and it works quite well. There's only one problem. When I talk, my interlocutors hear almost nothing. I literally scream. But that does not really affect the environment, because I have two small children in the house. The microphone sensitivity is already at the highest level.

My interlocutors recommended that I install a new driver on the headset. It should be made via a laptop or PC, as the headset, as already mentioned, has a USB port.

If someone can help me there, I would be very happy and thankful.

Normally, microphones work well.

But if there's dirt in it, then nothing works.
