I have often used my private laptop for video uploads, this is already mediocre in terms of performance, but after uploading a few videos or other files, the laptop is always quite slow as if it was totally exhausting for the laptop to upload. I also noticed that for the PC it is easier to download something, but uploading should actually be possible without a PC falling to its knees.
Can someone recommend a suitable laptop that can handle uploads well?

Very good processor, preferably one from the i7 - i9 series, good RAM.
Smart Internet, Up & Downstream then it should work, of course it also varies a bit.

Yes, especially since the bit rate of the videos increases, be it UHD - 4k, 8k But the most important thing here is the up & downstream of your internet.
