I have a Dell XPS 9530 laptop and play League of Legends on it. I always had 150-180 FPS on good settings. A few months ago, however, the laptop completely crashed while playing and did not turn on anymore. I had to reset it several times and then he left. Strangely enough, LoL has been poorly playable ever since. I can only play with the cross at Vertical Sync, where I have no more than 60 FPS and even then it always hangs for a short time. If I do not set the cross I have higher FPS, but everything hangs extremely strong and even flickered. From patch to patch I also had less and less FPS all the time. At the beginning I could even play on 4K.

How about the drivers? Everything up to date? Otherwise, maybe there's a defect in the graphics card
Maybe check out graphics card, do you use the onboard or the dedicated graphics card?
