I have a gaming laptop with 1660 TI, i7-9750h and 8gb RAM.
Tomb Raider runs on ultra with an average of 80 FPS and generally I play most games at 120 FPS (throttled due to 120hz display)
Now I found that dying light only runs at ~ 60 FPS with drops (the graphics card driver optimizes the settings for the best graphics) and on the Internet it says that the game should somehow only take up one core instead of all. If I set everything to low, nothing changes in the FPS, so it shouldn't be the laptop. Does anyone have an idea what I can do?
Is there something intensive running in the background in Task Manager or maybe you have installed something that is not from the manufacturer?
Nothing else gets RAM except Steam
