I found out the cause myself and solved it once. Here is the solution that has such a problem. This adapter comes if you have in the usb 3.0 socket then you play the drivers which is on a CD with it on the PC. The subsequent speed test on the website of Chip.de one of many providers showed at the first speed test under 40 Mbit / s, then I have a server from Frankfurt selected with the result 200 Mbit pro / s done everything right.
