Usb stick 3.0 error message windows 10 64bit? Win 10 does not recognize it?

My Dell laptop does not recognize my usb stick 3.0 under win 10.

The stick worked perfectly until recently

I get the following error messages in the device manager: detection verification & error when setting the address (see screenshot)!

When I connect the stick, Win 10 recognizes it briefly under Drive in the device manager and in the task bar

I've already tried the following:

The stick connected to another PC - without success.
all drivers regarding USB in the device manager updated - without success
Power settings regarding USB ports deactivated - without success.
run the Win 10 hardware error reporting wizard - to no avail

NEED Help urgently!

If it is not recognized in another PC, it is probably over.
Things don't last long for me either.
